Robo Miner Update

Hi Kerry,

Sometime within the next week or so, we will be making a major transition from the forex-goldmine.com web site. We are moving to a different business model and future sales will be handled through one or more 3rd party resellers. We will be ceasing all retail sales from our web site.

The retail end of the business has proven to be a challenge to keep up with, and so we need to make this change in order to be sure that all aspects of our business, including research, development as well as customer service, are adequately maintained. There are several points that need to be addressed concerning this transition:

1. All existing customers will still be taken care of with no significant change. If you have referred a monthly customer, you will still receive your future monthly referral commissions. In addition, all referral commissions that have already been earned will be paid as usual. All monthly customers will still receive your monthly robots, just as before, as long as your PayPal subscription is maintained. Any sales that have been started and are in progress, such as e-check sales that have not yet cleared, or any sales already in progress with other special payment arrangements will still be honored.

2. Our new third party reseller will accept all present affiliates, so that you will still be able to refer sales to the new sales site with the same commission structure.

3. Effective later today, we will stop all new monthly payment plan sales from the forex-goldmine.com web site. The new reseller will have monthly payment choices available, but on different terms. All existing monthly payment sales will be honored according to the original terms you already have. We will continue with full, 1-time purchase sales until the new reseller's web site is ready. No new monthly customers will be accepted at the present web site, however.

4. As soon as the new reseller's web site is ready, we will redirect all membership upgrades and sales to the new site. I cannot give you the exact date yet, but it will be very soon.

Please do not write to ask about the location of the new web site. We will release this information as soon as we get the 'all clear' from the reseller. We will also release the contact and customer service e-mail address for the new reseller as soon as he is ready for us to do so.

I want to thank you for your patience during this transition. Bob and I both feel that this will be the best course of action in order to make sure that your customer service needs are adequately served in the future.
