Bogie-NN-v8 EA, 3 month result

After one week holiday, I check my "Bogie NN v8" demo account on FXDD.
I can't access it, It said invalid account. It seems the demo is expire after 3 month result. So I don't save the last result of the Bogie NN v8.

What I can say about Bogie-NN-v8 EA is average EA. It give Break Even result after 3 month since I test it and the EA need to be optimized when market change. So I think the EA is work in a long run.

Something wrong with Bogie-NN-v8

I've been tested "Bogie NN v8" for almost 3 months now. The result is up and down. Now this week result is down again. It's below my demo initial balance now.

Bogie-NN-v8 back on track

Here is my result testing "Bogie NN v8" since July
July +422.54 pips or +21.1% using 5% risk
August -82.84 pips or -4.1% using 5% risk each pair. Total 15% risk for 3 pairs.
1 Sept til 12 Sept +287.56 pips or +14.3% using 5% risk each pair. Total 15% risk for 3 pairs.
Net profit is +627.23 pips or 31.3% since July

William give new setting for the EA again on 10 September and Boggie back on track now.

Bogie-NN-v8 August Result

Here is my result testing "Bogie NN v8" since July
July +422.54 pips or +21,1% using 5% risk
August -82.84 pips or -4,1% using 5% risk each pair. Total 15% risk for 3 pairs.
Net profit is +339.7 pips or 16,9% since July

Well since William give new setting for the EA. Bogie NN v8 slowly come back.
Here is the result for each pair.

USDCHF still give the worst result, hope will be plus in September.

Bad month for Bogie-NN-v8

August is a bad month for most automatic trading. Not all, but most of them give bad result. "Bogie NN v8"give bad result too.

July result about 22% is eaten in August. It break even now. So for some trader who going live in August, the result is gonna minus.

Last update from William is, there is setting for GBP/USD, EUR/USD, USD/CHF. USD/JPY (majors pairs) now. On August I add USD/CHF and USD/JPY pairs, total 3 pairs I test.

Bogie-NN-v8 July Result

On July "Bogie NN v8" give return about 22% sing 5% risk. That's a good result. But August is not a good start for Bogie NN v8 and have floating minus now.

William also send update about Bogie NN EA. It works on GBP/USD, EUR/USD, USD/CHF. USD/JPY (majors pairs) now.
This is good nows so we can diverse the risk on 4 pairs.

Bogie-NN-v8

What I want to say about Bogie-NN-v8 EA is impressive. The EA can enter Sell at high price and enter buy at low price. Impressive, but I only test it less than one month.

With risk 5%, my balance already increase 30% with some floating profit
But there is one thing which I don't like. Sometimes already floating profit 30 pips and then close with lower pips or even loss.
Overall is give impressive result and I'm thinking to go live. Will wait for this month result.

Bogie Neural Network

Anyone heard of Bogie Enterprises ? Bogie is well known for is EA called Bogie-ATC-2007-2 which is finished in 2nd place in the 2007 Automated Trading Championship. This Expert Advisor, as coded for Automated Trading Championship 2007.

After Automated Trading Championship 2007, Bogie-ATC-2007-2 seems don't work quite well, so Bogie Enterprises release Bogie-NeuralNetwork-1 which is same EA with addition of Neural Network filter to improve predictive intelligence on trade entry signals.

Later Bogie Enterprises release Bogie-NeuralNetwork-2 version with following improvements.
1) A Neural Network filter has been added to improve perceptive intelligence on order entries.
2) Trading time zone expanded from 1 hour per day to 5 hours per day.
3) One trade per day restriction removed. EA can trade multiple times per day.
4) New order close routine that uses Neural Network filter to exit order on trend reversal before reaching market StopLoss.
5) Modified TrailingStop routine that uses Broker’s Stop Level value in TrailingStop calculation.

Now their latest EA called Bogie-NN-v8

I heard a lot about Bogie NN V8 and decided to make forward test since July.
I set MM = true and use 5% Risk. Other setting is default. I can't make comment yet of this EA, will see the result after 1 month testing. Here is my result so far.
